It is Tell all Tuesday! I love this post because it is the top 10 things I have learned about being a teacher! Also...
So make sure to check back on Friday for a fun surprise!
Alright, here we go folks!
10. Moon phases are for real! Seriously, every. single. time. If your day seems weird, just look up at the sky at night.
9. Your body learns your schedule. It is amazing that your bladder figures out when you have a 10 minute break! However, thank goodness it does because what would we do?!
8. Your to-do list never ends, so its OK to leave as long as the essentials are done. It will all eventually get done and be replaced by new to-dos!
7. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Kids are just like their parents, and I love it because it always gives extra insight!
6. Eating lunch at a restaurant is a treasure! Don't take it for granted people, there are teachers all over the world eating lunch out of a plastic container. Or worse, eating the school lunch because they forgot their plastic container at home.
5. Kids are incredibly intuitive. I have a found that my kids always know what I am feeling, even if I don't know. They can always sense sadness or happiness, it is so sweet.
4. Learning should be joyful! The best lessons come from a joyful heart. The kids learn better and never forget what is taught from a joyful teacher or friends.
3. Multitasking after 5 o'clock is hard work. Whenever your brain has went in a thousand different directions ALL day...it is almost impossible to multitask at home too! Sometimes my words don't even make sense after 7 o'clock! Haha!
2. Patience! It is needed and it is IMPORTANT!
1. You will never forget your kids. Each and every one of them make an impact on your heart that will not be forgotten. Each one has impacted me so I hope that I impacted them in some way too!
Have a great week friends! Cheers!
